We appreciate your understanding regarding the necessary arrangements, including staffing and advance reservations for the shrine and Japanese sweets.
Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on local time (Japan Standard Time).

• Up to 14 days before the booking date : Full refund
• 8-13 days before the booking date : 50% refund
• 7 days or less before the booking date, or no-show : No refund
