Hidden GemsWelcome to Unexplored Tokyo

Thank you for visiting our website. We want to share this product with as many people as possible, but honestly, at the same time, we feel like keeping it exclusive and a well-kept secret for only a few… We’ll guide you through experiences that are off the beaten path, not listed in guidebooks. Not in Asakusa, nor in Kyoto, but something you can do here. If you’re interested in Japanese culture, please come and visit.

Where can we have the experience?

You’ll have your Japanese cultural experience at a shrine located in the northern part of Tokyo, in Kita Ward. For example, you can reach the nearest station in about 30 minutes by train, even from Shinjuku. Alternatively, depending on traffic, you can get to the shrine in about 30 minutes by taxi.

※  Attention! Please note that advance reservation is mandatory for this experience

◆ Check the ‘Nanasha Shrine’ location for the experience on Google Maps (click this link!) 2-11-1 Nishigahara, Kita-ku, Tokyo, Japan

For those who have been to Asakusa, the next stop is Nanasha Shrine.Tokyo sightseeing
For those who want to avoid crowds.
For those who want to go to a quiet place.

Of course, sightseeing in Asakusa is also recommended.
However,  your next stop is a little-known hidden gem.
Do you like crowds?

The train ride from Asakusa to the station near Nanasha Shrine takes about 30 minutes.

…………………………………………………………
Have you ever been inside a shrine?
Many people may have only visited the shrine from outside.
Since a shrine is a sacred
place, It’s rare even for us Japanese people to go inside the shrine and have these experiences.
However, we have obtained special cooperation from the shrine this time exclusively for our customers, and making it possible.

All these experiences are unified in one place.

There are so many things you want to do, but isn’t it a pain to make reservations for each experience individually?
However, if you apply by filling out the necessary information in the inquiry form below, you can experience everything just by coming to the shrine on the reservation date.

*Please note that even if you go directly to the shrine without going through our company, you will not be able to experience these Japanese cultures.

You can also talk directly to the person at the shrine. Please feel free to ask us any questions or concerns you may have. Please rest assured that an interpreter will be provided.

The photo on the right shows participants listening to an explanation of the Sho, one of Japan's oldest musical instruments, which will later be played. We were also surprised to hear that the Sho is warmed up before playing.

This is a scene of a "Sho" performance.
It's a special feeling to be able to hear the performance right in front of you.

This alcohol is called ``Omiki''.
Why do we drink Sake at shrines? There is a deep relationship between shrines and Sake. I also mention it on my blog, so if you are interested, please read it.

Please enjoy these experiences while wearing a kimono. You can also drink tea in a Japanese-style tatami room. This tea is also a mulberry leaf tea that is related to kimonos. Have you ever had it? It has a very easy-drinking taste. Throughout these experiences, photos will be taken by professional photographer. Preserve your memories with beautiful photos.
